From the time you order, to shipping there is typically a 3-5 business day turn around time. Shug's is a small business, and I do not have helpers to make/bake/ship items. I do not ship on weekends or into weekends. If turn around will be more or less, I will let you know! Thanks for the patience!
Shipping is a flat rate fee of $20 for continental US. I do not ship outside of the US. Chocolate is only shipped via UPS, and during the summer months (May through September) only shipped overnight.
All shipping prices include shipping materials and 1-3 day shipping. Items may be frozen, or include ice packs to make sure it arrives as fresh as possible. Once it leaves Shug's any shipping issues are that of the customer. When shipped I will provide you with all updated shipment information, and how to get in contact with shipping company if an issue with shipment may arise.
